You are ordering a custom product specifically made for you. You will have a Customer Service Concierge assigned to you who will personally and exclusively handle every aspect of your experience with ToiléChic™ to ensure complete satisfaction.

You will select the following:

Measurements will be discussed to ensure a proper fit in your bathroom, and any custom changes will be addressed.

• ToiléChic™ chair style
• Kohler® or Toto® toilet (and or bidet)
• Fabric or faux leather
• Skirt or pop out upholstered front
• Toilet cover color
• Left or right side location of the flush handle
• Pillow fabric

A shipping address will be determined.

 written acceptance of the order will be received and payment in full will be taken by credit card or check.

Custom ToileChic products take approximately 4 weeks from order to completion. Our "In Stock" models ship within 7-10 days.

Your personal Customer Service Concierge will follow up by tracking the shipping and will be available for consultation with the installer/plumber for the easy three step installation.

Should there be any damage in shipping or any issue with the product, your personal Customer Service Concierge will quickly, professionally, and courteously handle it for you.
